Lead Provider
​Dr. Uppal is board certified in both geriatrics and family practice. Her practice emphasizes counseling and preventative care and is focused on geriatric medical issues including urinary incontinence, osteoporosis, hypertension, depression and women’s health issues. She has been practicing in the Sun City area since 1999
Dr. Uppal received her medical degree from The University of Missouri-Kansas City. She completed her family practice residency at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital, where she served as the Chief Resident and was recognized as the outstanding intern of the year and the outstanding resident of the year. Dr. Uppal completed her fellowship in Geriatrics through Sun Health/St. Joseph’s Geriatric Fellowship Program. Dr. Uppal has been recognized as one of the top doctors in the valley by Phoenix magazine.

Dr. Sandhu is a family practice physician who has been practicing since 2008. He strongly believes in patient-centered care and evidence-based treatments. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians.
Dr. Sandhu recieved his medical degree from Central America Health Sciences University, Belize, and Alberta Edmonton, Canada. He completed both his internship and residency at Guthere Family Medicine in Sayre, PA, where he was awarded Chief Medical Resident.
Jamie Brockman
PA-C Physican Assistant
Jamie Brockman, PA-C, is a skilled and compassionate physician assistant with a strong foundation in medical science and clinical experience. Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge to patient care. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University, following a Master of Science in Human Anatomy from the University of Edinburgh, where she focused her research on the effects of anticancer drugs on the developing fetal ovary.
Tiffany Ali
PA-C Physician's Assistant
Tiffany Ali, PA-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. She holds certifications from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed in both Arizona and New York. Tiffany is also experienced in discussing goals of care, end-of-life care, and advanced care planning with patients and their families. Throughout her career, she has fostered collaboration among healthcare teams and contributed to improved patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Tiffany is also passionate about educating the next generation of healthcare providers, having precepted both Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner students.

Erin McManus-Tomanek
NP - Nurse Practioner
Erin PA-C is a dedicated and experienced Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C). She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Erin has over a decade of experience in various nursing roles, including her work in maternal newborn care, trauma, and orthopedics. Making her a well-rounded provider who is committed to offering high-quality care to all her patients.
Leslie Pascual
PA-C Physician's Assistant
Leslie Pascual, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with a comprehensive background in clinical care, including a broad range of medical procedures and patient management skills. Leslie earned her Bachelor of Medical Studies from Northern Arizona University (2023), and holds additional degrees from Arizona State University and Central New Mexico Community College. Her extensive clinical rotation experience includes work in pediatric surgery, emergency medicine, women’s health, internal medicine, and more, where she provided hands-on assistance in surgeries, diagnostics, and patient care.
